National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tulare, California. This role is in a skilled nursing facility, offering an opportunity to join a dynamic team with Day One Medical Benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving their daily functioning through therapeutic interventions.
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (California).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
