Travel Physical Therapist - $2,896 per week

About the role

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC | Setting: Home Health | Employment Type: Travel | Contract Length: 13 weeks | Start Date: ASAP | Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Develop, review, and revise care plans and documentation, including Plans of Care and progress notes.
• Plan and execute treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and assessments.
• Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, equipment use, and home modifications to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient‑centered care.

Requirements

• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• 1–2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program.

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,771.20 – $2,909.76 (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).
