Opportunity

Home Health PT - East Portland OR / Clark County WA and Surrounding Areas
• 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard (1:1 ratio)
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• No floating between like units required
• Block scheduling not available
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• OR and WA licensure required (pending license accepted)
• Required certification: BLS
• Oasis experience required
• Charting system experience required; charting completed via EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover phone app/Oasis
• Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
• Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minutes total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not required, no specific color, no jeans
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Free parking available
