Requirements

• At least 1 yr experience as a Home Health PT
• CA driver’s license & auto insurance
• 7-Year Work History Verification Required
• BLS certification preferred
• 2 references obtained within the last year
• CA PT License

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
