Opportunity

Home Health PT - West Portland OR and Surrounding Areas
• 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• 1:1 patient ratio
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Traveler is expected to have their own reliable transportation
• Patients are grouped to minimize drive and windshield time with an occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day
• Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
• Charting: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app); Epic experience preferred
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS Standard rate
• Free parking
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius
• Pending license accepted
• Required certifications: BLS
• Preferred certifications: Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy, Wound Care
• Required skills: Lifting and Transfer, Order Supplies, Scheduling Appointments, OASIS documentation
• Preferred skills: Billing, Home Health, OASIS documentation
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with diagnoses such as Dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke patients
• PTA candidates will also be considered
