Travel Physical Therapist - $2,882 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks starting on August 17, 2026.
