About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract position in Fairmont, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Documentation using EPIC EMR
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
