About the role
LeaderStat is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Preston, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shift
- PT (Physical Therapist) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of full-time Physical Therapist experience
- Recent clinical experience within the past 2 years
- Current CPR (BLS), ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
