About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Moses Lake, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification.
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical disabilities.
