About the role

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a travel assignment with an anticipated start date of ASAP, lasting 13 weeks. The position requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ conditions
• Developing individual treatment plans
• Assisting patients in improving day by day
• Instructing patients on proper exercise techniques
• Providing stimulation or massage
• Maintaining patient records

Requirements

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (North Carolina)
• Current BLS certification
