Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Silver City, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions using an electronic medical records system.
Requirements
- Current state license in Physical Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Proof of immunizations.
- One year of relevant experience.
