Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
• At least one year of clinical experience in home health settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and standards.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM, 8.00-5, Duration: 13 Weeks
