About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Dunedin, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Document patient progress using OASIS and Cerner systems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and insurance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health Physical Therapy experience.
- Active Florida PT License or Compact License.
- Certified BLS (Basic Life Support).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits.
- Home Health experience required.
- OASIS documentation experience preferred.
- Cerner experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$180,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
