Seven Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Reidsville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
- Able to achieve at least 30 benchmark points per week
- Timely documentation within 24 hours
- Preferred skills in Home care home base (HCHB), Point care, Point click care, Microsoft Teams
