Travel Physical Therapist - $2,800 per week

About the role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Woodruff, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday shift schedule
• Inpatient Rehabilitation care setting
• Charting completed using Cerner electronic health record system
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
• At least one year of recent relevant experience
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM-CPT certification preferred

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2800

Up to $500 contract completion bonus
