Travel Physical Therapist - $2,790 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in San Diego, California. The position is a 13‑week contract starting 10/26/2026, requiring 40 hours per week (8‑hour day shifts). The therapist will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy interventions in patients’ homes, managing a caseload of 4‑6 visits per day within a 60‑mile radius. Experience with OASIS documentation is required, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document care plans and patient encounters using Homecare Homebase.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in case conferences.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with prior experience in home health.
• Experience with OASIS required.
• Homecare Homebase documentation experience preferred; training may be available.
