About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 15-week assignment starting immediately in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Adhere to all regulatory and facility policies

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of NH
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
