LeaderStat is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12 week contract in Bogalusa, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours shift
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• End date: September 20, 2026
• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
