Travel Physical Therapist - $2,766 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting immediately in Silver City, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs)
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based practice
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning
