About the role

A travel Physical Therapist is needed for a position in Newport News, Virginia starting August 10, 2026, for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s health history
• Diagnose the patient’s functions and movements
• Develop and implement a specialized plan of care for the patient’s benefit

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
