About the role
Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Physical Therapist is responsible for provision of age-appropriate and culturally sensitive physical therapy care to Wellness Center and hospital based patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation processes with patients
- Develops accurate and effective care plans and measurable goals
- Continually assesses the effectiveness of the therapy plan of care
- Supervises the care provided by physical therapy assistants
- Completes all duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Duties are of great difficulty and are based on principles and standards of physical therapy practice
