About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract position in Lancaster, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Documentation in EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,710.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift
