Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Start date ASAP
- Duration of 13 weeks, with potential extension

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR certification
