Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Westbrook, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Maine.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
