Opportunity: PT - Acute Rehab / ICF SNF Rehab
Coverage: Variable schedule with shift options including Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
Primary coverage in Acute Rehab with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF Rehab
Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents and patients
Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physician and/or consulting specialist
Provide consulting physical therapist services
Primary acute inpatient experience required
Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, Rehab Hospital, or SNF
EMR system utilized: Meditech
Required certifications: BLS
Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment
