About the role
Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
- Completion of a graduate program in Physical Therapy
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
