This home-health travel position offers 40 hours per week on a day shift (8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week) for a 13-week contract. The role provides compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes, supporting their well-being and recovery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy - Home Health staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Valid state-issued driver’s license or state ID
