Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients’ condition(s) and developing individual treatment plans.
- Assisting patients in improving daily, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques.
- Providing stimulation or massage as needed.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Physical Therapist license/licensure in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
