Travel Physical Therapist - $2,676 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Claremont, New Hampshire. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
