Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Kent, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on mobility, strength, and functional recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- SNF experience preferred
Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Hours per week: 40
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
Pay
- Weekly gross: $2,676.00 (based on 40 hours)
