Schedule

Requirements
- Valid active Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 0 years of experience
- Location in South Bend, IN
- Availability to start on 10/05/2026
- A compact license can be utilized to begin but must be converted to a permanent license immediately
- Permanent license is mandatory for this position
- Completion of documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before approval to start
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
Additional Information
- Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year
- Previous ATI traveler or perm/PRN work more than a year ago can be reconsidered after verifying eligibility
- Parking will be provided during the first day
- Dress code details will be given on the first day
