About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Hood River, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- 1 year full time PT Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
