Travel Physical Therapist - $2,646 per week

About the Role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hood River, Oregon and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, home health position with a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Manage an independent home health territory
• Complete OASIS documentation as required

Requirements

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License
• Active Washington Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health PT experience
• OASIS experience (required)
• BLS Certification
• Reliable personal transportation
