About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 18-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, located in Dallastown, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to physical therapy practice.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
