Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Completion of an accredited PT program.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
