Travel Physical Therapist - $2,646 per week
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week Home Health travel assignment in Jackson, Tennessee. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and help patients improve mobility, function, safety, and independence.
Position Details
- 13-week contract
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Estimated gross pay: ~$2,846/week
- Taxable rate: $40/hour
- Lodging stipend: $110/day
- Meals & incidentals stipend: $68/day
Requirements
- Active Tennessee PT license
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
- OASIS experience
- Reliable transportation
