About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Waimea, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in various settings including inpatient, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
