Travel Physical Therapist - $2,640 per week

Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health located in Portland, Oregon. Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Oregon state licensure
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care certification
• Experience with electronic charting systems such as EPIC
• Background in community hospital or outpatient settings

Travel Requirements

• Occasional max radius of approximately 60 miles per day
• Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and will visit up to 6 patients daily

Additional Information

• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation
• The system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• No on-call required
• The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
