About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Danbury, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid CT License.
- BLSE (Board-Licensed Physical Therapist).
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
