A Physical Therapist (PT) with Home Health specialization is sought in the Hood River, Oregon area. Experience Requirements

• Experience: 0.0 years of experience; new graduates accepted

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Licensure Required

• Oregon or Washington license in Physical Therapy

Patient Ratio

• Ratio: 1:1, visiting up to 6 patients per day with a standard of 30 productivity points

Schedule

• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday

Additional Requirements

• Transportation: Traveler must have their own transportation and be able to operate within a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day to minimize drive time.
• Vaccination: Must be vaccinated with primary series COVID-19 vaccination and one booster.
• Experience: Must have experience with Oasis documentation.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work within the community and adapt to patient needs.

• Diagnoses: Dementia, Parkinson's Disease, ALS, MS, post-operative orthopedic, and post-stroke conditions

Pay Package
