Schedule
Variable shifts (can be flexible) 5x8s or 4x10s. Department hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a requirement to stay until 7:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday.
Additional Information
- Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation utilizing department clinical guidelines & protocols.
- Participates in team conferences and rounds for care coordination.
- Provides patient and family education and training.
