This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 08/24/2026. The schedule is 5x8 days (08:00–16:00), totaling 40 hours per week. The candidate's primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with state and facility requirements.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Additional certifications related to the specialty (as required by the facility).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy.
