Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage caseload flexibly
- Document patient progress accurately and promptly
- Participate in student programs and support ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain licensure in good standing
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy activities
Requirements
- Valid, current State license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to first shift
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient physical therapy
- Experience in a hospital or health care facility setting preferred
- Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
