LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Tallahassee, Florida. The start date is July 27, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of one year of recent relevant experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
