About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Laconia, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy treatments.
- Proficient in documenting patient care.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,600.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
