Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
- License required if applicable
- Two professional references required
- Current, unexpired certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates may be accepted depending on facility approval
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to different pay terms
- Previous CHRISTUS Health employees must have a 6-month separation period before starting a new travel assignment at any CHRISTUS facility
- Compliance documents must be completed by the required due date to maintain the start date
