Travel Physical Therapist - $2,605 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating new patients, establishing measurable treatment goals, administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests, and providing appropriate treatment modalities. The position requires effective communication with medical and allied health personnel, documentation of patient care, and guidance to support staff and trainees, all while maintaining compliance with departmental policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and establish measurable treatment goals
• Administer diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests
• Provide appropriate treatment modalities
• Communicate effectively with medical and allied health personnel
• Document patient care
• Guide support staff and trainees
• Instruct patients and families
• Assist in training new personnel
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Documentation of Specialist Certification
