About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 30, 2026, in Mesa, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2605.20
- Weekly Wages: $883.20
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $602.00
- Housing Per Diem: $1120.00
