About the role

This travel position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Moses Lake, WA. The assignment is 19 weeks long, with a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) on day shifts. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Washington Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,561.49 - $2,640.71 per week
