About the Role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel job in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a contract position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, starting on 08/31/2026, with a 13-week duration.

Responsibilities

The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of New Hampshire or in the immediate process of obtaining it

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 5x8 Days schedule
